It wraps in front and closes with a button. The top has long sleeves with puff shoulders and a dramatic ruffle collar. This top is labeled a size 38 and fits like a US size 8 or medium. It is in excellent condition. It has small belt loops, but is missing the original belt so they can be removed or it can be worn with a belt of your choosing!
